About Krysten

IMG_3205Krysten is passionate about wellness and community. She hopes to inspire and influence others to lead an active lifestyle and pursue healthy goals. She aims to connect people in the community through sweaty endeavors and powerful experiences. She studied communications at FIU, has a background in hospitality and marketing and has been working in the fitness and wellness industry for over 5 years. She has always been active and found her passion for leading others to wellness through yoga. After acquiring her 200 hour RYT in Miami she taught in her community for a few years and went on to finish her 500 hour RYT in Rishikesh, India. Her primary motivation as a teacher is to give her students an awareness of breath, confidence and balance that yoga can bring into their lives. Her biggest goal lies in helping others discover how they can heal. Firmly believing that yoga is a great tool for everyone to create a healthy relationship with their body, learn how to deal with stress and improve the longevity and quality of their lives. She teaches a variety of styles and levels all with focus on breath, alignment and mindfulness of each student’s experience. Her traditional training, knowledge of modern techniques and passion for helping others creates a safe space for everyone who enters her class. She loves to sweat in new ways and is always looking for a challenge.
