Yoga Practice

Krysten teaches a variety of styles of yoga. Her classes are enjoyed by beginners and seasoned yogi’s alike. Her practice is rooted in Iyengar-based Hatha Yoga. Meaning that alignment and personalized modifications are a top priority in her classes. She emphasizes the importance of intentional movement, meant to help practitioners advance in their yoga practice and discover how to safely and effectively progress.

She inspires her students to discover the healing properties that come with living a yogic lifestyle and promotes the consistent use of pranayama (yogic breathing) and meditation, along with various other Ayurvedic and holistic practices. Practitioners can live a modern lifestyle and still benefit from implementing any yogic practice. She believes it’s important to make yoga accessible to everyone and is inclusive of all people in her classes.
